Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At NS Online, we strive to provide gamers and tech enthusiasts in Oman with the highest quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our comprehensive policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and manufacturer warranties.

🚨 IMPORTANT: Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If an item arrives defective or physically damaged out of the box, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Once notified, please visit our physical outlet for immediate testing, verification, and replacement support.

1. Standard Return & Exchange Policy

For items that do not carry a specific manufacturer warranty, we offer a flexible 14-day return and exchange window, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • Timeframe: The return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be completely unused, unopened, and in its original sealed factory packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original digital or physical payment receipt must be presented.
  • Bundles: If the item was purchased as part of a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned together.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, copyright, and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased unless they are proven defective out of the box:

  • Opened physical video games, software, and PC games.
  • Digital codes, gift cards, and electronic delivery software (ESD).
  • In-ear headphones, VR headsets, and wearable accessories (if the seal is broken).
  • Products missing their original serial numbers or UPC codes.

3. Warranty Terms & Conditions

We supply premium hardware from global brands. Warranty coverage is provided under the following terms:

  • Official Coverage: Products that explicitly state they include a warranty are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty and are claimable through the brand's local authorized distributors in Oman.
  • Required Documentation: To successfully claim a warranty, you must present the item in its original box/packaging along with your original NS Online payment slip.
  • Voiding Warranty: Warranties do not cover damage caused by physical misuse, liquid damage, unauthorized repairs, power surges, or software modifications (jailbreaking).

4. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim

To ensure a smooth and rapid process, you can choose either of the following methods:

Option A: In-Store (Fastest)

Visit our physical outlet in Muscat with the product, original packaging, and receipt. Our technical team will inspect the item on the spot.

Option B: Online Support

Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos if applicable. We will guide you on how to send the item back to us.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-14 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account, depending on your card issuer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD payments will be refunded via bank transfer to an Omani bank account under the same customer name, or issued as NS Online store credit.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part or a DOA product.
